NEW VISIT FEE POLICY will come into effect at the L\u00e4\u00e4nemere Hambakliinik.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-66cfe19 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"66cfe19\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>At L\u00e4\u00e4nemere Dental Clinic, a <strong>visit fee of \u20ac15<\/strong> applies to all visits that are not related to Estonian Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa) financing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d499057 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d499057\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The <strong>visit fee<\/strong> is payable for each visit, regardless of whether additional services (e.g. procedures or consultations) are provided during the visit or not.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">L\u00e4\u00e4nemere Dental Clinic reserves the right, on a case-by-case basis, not to apply the visit fee, taking into account the specific circumstances of the visit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-45e5970 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"45e5970\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Principles of visit fee for visits related to Estonian Health Insurance Fund (<strong>Tervisekassa<\/strong>) financing:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-95b57bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"95b57bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">At L\u00e4\u00e4nemere Dental Clinic, the principles for applying a visit fee for visits related to Estonian Health Insurance Fund (<strong>Tervisekassa<\/strong>) financing are established in accordance with the <strong>Estonian Health Insurance Act<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-33f99bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"33f99bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The <strong>visit fee<\/strong> for <strong>visits related<\/strong> to <strong>Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa)<\/strong> financing <strong>is \u20ac15<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be3941c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"be3941c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">The <strong>visit fee<\/strong> for visits related to Estonian Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa) financing is <strong>\u20ac5<\/strong> if the service is provided to an insured person who is:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7ae6162 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7ae6162\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>under 19 years of age;<\/li><li>pregnant;<\/li><li>a mother of a child under one year of age;<\/li><li>over 63 years of age;<\/li><li>a recipient of a disability pension or old-age pension under the State Pension Insurance Act;<\/li><li>assessed as having partial or no work ability under the Work Ability Allowance Act;<\/li><li>unemployed within the meaning of the Labor Market Measures Act;<\/li><li>a recipient of subsistence benefits under the Social Welfare Act, or a member of their family, if subsistence benefits have been paid to the person or their family in the month of provision of outpatient specialist care or during the two preceding months.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4e325ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4e325ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The visit fee applies to all services provided at L\u00e4\u00e4nemere Dental Clinic under the Estonian Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa) contract, including:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b4fd56c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b4fd56c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>dental care for children (dental care for persons under 19 years of age);<\/li><li>Estonian Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa) adult dental care benefit<\/li><li>Estonian Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa) prosthetic treatment benefit<\/li><li>emergency dental care for adults;<\/li><li>lifetime dental care benefit;<\/li><li>orthodontic treatment for children (orthodontics for persons under 19 years of age).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4dc7922 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4dc7922\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">For visits related to Estonian Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa) financing, the <strong>visit fee is not charged<\/strong> in the following cases:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20f977d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"20f977d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>when the patient is <strong>referred within<\/strong> L\u00e4\u00e4nemere Dental Clinic to another doctor or a specialist equivalent to a healthcare professional;<\/li><li>when the patient is <strong>referred to<\/strong> L\u00e4\u00e4nemere Dental Clinic <strong>by a healthcare professional of the same specialty from another institution<\/strong> (e.g. referral by a dentist from another institution to a dentist at L\u00e4\u00e4nemere Dental Clinic) \u2013 a referral document or a documented referral in the medical records is required;<\/li><li>for a repeat visit within 365 days, if the doctor or a specialist equivalent to a healthcare professional has placed the <strong>patient under their follow-up or treatment<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d8ba73f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d8ba73f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">If the <strong>patient fails to attend<\/strong> the <strong>agreed appointment time<\/strong> or <strong>cancels<\/strong> their <strong>booked appointment<\/strong> <strong>less than 24 hours before<\/strong> the start of the visit or procedure, the healthcare provider has the right to <strong>charge the patient<\/strong> a <strong>visit fee in double amount<\/strong> at the next visit (Estonian Health Insurance Act, \u00a7 70(6)).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c1495a0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c1495a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Effective from <strong>13 April
